Michael Myers — the Shape, the Boogeyman — is the entire killer side of the 1v4. One player, one mask, against four heroes and a neighborhood of NPCs on Halloween night, 1978. He doesn't sprint, he doesn't die, and he gets stronger the longer the night stays dark and quiet.
The full strategy hub lives at Michael Myers; this is his character file.
Goal
Build Bloodthirst through stealth, Stalk, and kills; prioritize Special Targets (named NPCs); cut phone lines and power; delay the police. He can't be permanently killed — but he can be knocked down and temporarily detained by police, which is the closest civilians get to beating him directly.
Kit
- Fixed abilities (always equipped): Shape Jump and Killer Sense.
- Optional abilities (pick 3): the established pool is Reality Tear, Blackout, and Detection Pulse; any further options remain unverified. Unverified
- Weapons: starts with the kitchen knife; unlocks include an axe, with further weapons unverified.
Weaknesses
Light is the counter-resource: lit areas reduce Bloodthirst and restrict Shape Jump, which is why organized teams fight the match through switches and breakers. Grouped, armed civilians under lights can knock him down — and with police active, convert that into lost minutes in detention.
How to play him
Slow, then sudden. The opening is NPC stalking, phone lines, and darkness; the endgame is a level-3 predator collapsing on the escape routes. The complete curve — and the four classic mistakes — are in the beginner guide.
Skins
Six known skins from 1978 default to Scorched, via progression, challenges, and Deluxe — the full table with unlock methods and confidence labels is at Michael Myers skins.
