Version 1.0.0Launch build

Version 1.0.0 is the build that went live for everyone on September 8, 2026 — Digital Deluxe players had been playing it since September 4. It shipped the full package: the 1v4 multiplayer mode, the six-chapter story mode, cross-platform play, private lobbies, offline practice against AI, and the challenge and progression systems.

Launch reception was strong on atmosphere and core gameplay, with the loudest criticism aimed at early jank — animation glitches, collision issues, and matchmaking trouble. Reported Crossplay matchmaking was the most disruptive problem and was addressed within a day by patch 1.0.1.

If you're troubleshooting on this version: update first. Almost every launch-day connection complaint traces to 1.0.0 clients trying to match against patched ones.

Version 1.0.1Day One patch

Patch 1.0.1 landed on release day, September 8, 2026, and it's the current live version. Its headline fix was cross-platform matchmaking — the launch build's most disruptive issue — alongside a round of balance adjustments. The developers have not published a granular change list for the balance side, so specific number changes you see quoted in community posts should be treated as reported. Reported

What 1.0.1 did not fix matters just as much for troubleshooting:

  • Prestige challenges were disabled server-side on September 10 while a bug is investigated — that's not your game misbehaving. See why Prestige challenges are disabled.
  • Challenge progress not counting remains the most common complaint we track. See challenges not counting.
  • General animation/collision jank from launch week is still present and acknowledged only in general terms.

If your platform shows a different version number format, make sure you've restarted and let the storefront finish updating before testing anything else.
