Town Center trades the residential grid for Haddonfield's commercial heart — Nichols Hardware and the cemetery are its confirmed landmarks. It plays differently from the neighborhoods: bigger interior spaces, fewer porch lights, and open ground that punishes lazy crossings.

Bottlenecks & sightlines

Commercial buildings mean larger rooms with fewer light switches per square meter — harder to fully lyt than a house, better for Michael to work dark corners. The cemetery is the map's sightline extreme: long, open, and nowhere to be when Killer Sense is pointed your way. Weather effects can soften those lines. Reported

Storefront-to-back-alley layouts create predictable funnels; both sides should learn which shops connect through.

Michael tips

  • The hardware store is civilian bait — tools and weapons pull looters in. Patrol it like the feeding ground it is.
  • Dark commercial interiors are Shape Jump playgrounds; cut what power exists and own the back rooms.
  • Watch the cemetery from cover, not from inside it: crossing players are visible to you, but you're visible on that ground too.

Civilian tips

  • Loot Nichols Hardware early and in pairs — its value is highest before Michael's power builds, per the opening playbook.
  • Treat the cemetery as a toll road: cross only with purpose, never as a shortcut while marked.
  • Big rooms need doorway discipline — hold lit chokepoints, not open floors.
