The Fragile Hourglass is the second of the community's famous rare finds, and the murkier one: reports agree it's rare, single-use, and thrown "blind" — used without seeing its effect coming — and then disagree about nearly everything else. Reported
What it does
This is where the conflict lives:
The "blind throw" caveat
The consistent thread: you commit the item without clear feedback on what you're getting — which makes it a terrible panic button to plan around. Carry it as found value, not as your escape strategy.
Where it spawns
No credible fixed spawn list; like the Ancient Amulet, it appears as a rare searchable find. Repeatable spawn evidence is welcome via the contact page.
Notes & open questions
- Whether the effect targets Michael, the thrower, or an area.
- Whether "fragile" implies it can break/be lost without use. Unverified
- Any interaction with the minimap's key-item indicators. Unverified
